EDGE Choi Kwang Do

EDGE Choi Kwang D0 is a new martial arts school in Clacton on Sea, catering for all ages and abilities. Choi Kwang Do is modern self defence martial art that uses scientific knowledge to generate power. Anyone from children to 70 can benefit from CKD, as it is easy on the joints and is not a traditional competition art. Master Richard Edgeworth has studied CKD for 22 years and has reached the belt rank of 5th degree (OH dan).
